Not like having promotion for a Nov. 23rd release is enough on my plate, but I’ve decided to sign up for NaNoWriMo in an effort to get my butt in gear on this proposal I’m working on.
I’m doing it in part because promo tends to suck so much of my energy and creativity, I’m hoping that participating in NaNo might serve as a nice little cattle prod to keep me inspired and working on the new novel.
I’m on the forums as Barb Ferrer and I even remembered to fix my region from Jacksonville to Seattle. Aren’t y’all proud of me?
Yeah, I’m already feeling a little loopy. By the time the 23rd rolls around, I’ll be lucky to not be curled up in the corner, clutching a blankie and drooling. Or off in Siberia working a help line and calling myself “Peggy” because I won’t be fit for anything else.
